Meet the Staff

Aire Heating is a family owned and operated company and has been serving the Western New York area for over 35 years now. Word-of-mouth advertising from satisfied customers has caused our business to grow over the years and remains the company's most valuable asset. To protect that asset, we insist on industry certification for this company and ethical practices in this business.

	Dan Creek (President) Dan parents Len & Patricia (original founders)adopted Daniel when he was 12 years. Dan started working for them at age 12 and has been with the company ever since. Dan started out working on Saturdays for $1.00 per hour passing out literature door to door while his father was cleaning Furnace & ductwork. Dan still remembers how exciting it was to advance himself to cleaning out the registers. Through the years Dan quickly moved up through every phase of the company. At age 12 Dan just fell in love with this business and still can't get enough of it. His favorite thing to do is to help customers resolve their problems.
	Debbie Creek (Vice-President) Debbie Married Dan in 1993, in 2007 Debbie joined the company and became our executive administrator. Debbie wears many hats in the company. Debbie handles payroll, billing, data entry and much more. Debbie& Dan have 3 wonderful children at home 8,16 &17 years old. Debbie is very smart and has many previous years of experience working as a manger for Zares & Ames. She is always cheerful and a pleasure to be around. If it's on paper and seems confusing, Debbie is our go to girl!
	Jim M. (Operations Manager) Jim is our Operations Manager and what a blessing to have him. Jim has a good 13 years experience. With all those years experience there isn't to much Jim hasn't seen out in the field. Bottom line is Jim organizes the daily work and makes certain that jobs get done and customers are happy. He is very easy going and everyone loves him, Customers and employees alike. Jim is very thorough and doesn't miss a beat, which is why he is in the position he is in. When it comes to making the customer happy I need a very knowledgeable and well organized person for this task. Someone that likes everything to be perfect. Jim is the man for the job. I could hand Jim the keys to my home and not ever worry about a thing. I just can't say enough good things about Jim. He is a true asset to our company and we love having him on our team!
	Len Creek (Executive Sales Administrator) Len and his wife Patricia are the original founders of Aire Heating. Len is in charge of sales. He has been in sales since the age of 15. He absolutely loves people. All people. Doesn't matter who, just put someone in front of him and he is just happy as can be. Because of his love of people we just had to put him in charge of Sales. Not to mention that he has been doing this line of work since the early 70's which gives him many years of experience. Certainly both of my parents deserve a lot of credit for all the hard work they put into it over the years and it is an absolute pleasure to have my father still working with us. He is not your typical sales person. Len is the type of guy that goes into a home and helps the customer try to find what is best for them. All the Great principals of this company have been laid down by this man and as long as I continue to own this company, that is were they will stay. Thanks Mom & Dad!
	Ronald B. (Dispatcher) Ron has a very interesting Job. Ron is always inspired to do a good job. If he doesn't oh boy he really gets to hear it. Not only from the customer but the technicians as well. I like to look at Ron as the crossing guard of our business. You do not move or go anywhere without his permission or you might just get ran over  LOL ! Ron has experience in the Service industry and is very professional with the customers and the techs. Ron has been in this type of work for several years now and is always punctual. Ron is very dependable and a pleasure to work with.
	Paul L. (Technician) Paul has been with our company just a little over 7 years now. Paul also has over 20 year’s experience. Paul is very particular and analytical about each and every job he does, making certain that all tests are performed according to the manufactures specifications! I can honestly tell you that Paul receives many compliments on how considerate he is of not only people’s property but also on the craftsmanship and quality he puts into each and every job!
	John N. (Technician) John is one of our Service Technicians. John has been in the H.V.A.C. field for 4 years and with our firm going on 2 years now. John is an absolute pleasure to work with. All of our customers love him and it is almost impossible to ever catch him in a bad mood. John has really began to shine in the residential Hvac Service field. John’s ability has greatly improved over these past 2 years and we look forward to working with john for many years to come.
	Mike D. (Technician) Mike is a fairly new employee with our company but definitely not new to the industry. Mike has been in the Hvac field for over 13 years now. Mike is an excellent installer and his sheet metal work is some of the finest work you will find in the country. Mike is also a pleasure to work with. To sum mike up in so many words he is positive, ambitious and very thorough in all he does. We are very glad to have him on our team.
	Nicholas D. (Technician) - Picture Coming Soon! Nick is one of the sharpest technicians you will find in the Western New York Area. They just don’t get any better than nick. He is very sharp when it comes to electrical problems and nick can handle any problem or concern you may have with any area of this business. Nick has been doing this type of work since he was a young man and it really shows. It is almost calming to know that we have Nick on our team because if ever we have a problem we just can’t seem to put a finger on, we then put Nick on it. He is a Get-R-Done kinda guy!

It is an absolute pleasure to have such a professional staff. In all the years I have been doing this type of work, I have learned that a quality company can not exist with out having the right people on board to support it.
